  • Create a post announcing that you’re taking part in the 30 day #SweatSuccess22 challenge
    (This can be awarded once a week).
3 POINTS
  • Create a facebook or instagram story tracking your goal (include some details about what you want to achieve & where you are at now – make sure you tag us @sweatandflexau so we can share too!)
  • Post a photo or video of your progress to your Instagram, Facebook or TikTok feed using #SweatSuccess22

Story / Post Inspo:

Your post could be footage or a picture from a workout, some meal prep pics, details about your recovery day, or a good ol’ fashion selfie!
Include a caption to describe how you’re tracking in the challenge.

  • Tag a friend in any Sweat & Flex posts on Facebook, Instagram or Tiktok
